What is energy healing?
Energy medicine is both a complement to our traditional medicine health care model and it is a complete system for self care on its own. It can support the body’s physical, emotional and mental conditions, and can promote optimal wellness.
By activating the body’s natural healing energies, we restore balance to energies that have become weak, restricted or otherwise out of balance resulting in improved wellness and greater feelings of clarity and joy.
To accomplish this, a number of non-invasive techniques are used both on and off the body. Including familiar systems such as acupressure, chakras, and some exercises which support flow and movement of energy. When our energy is balanced, we experience greater immune function, reduced stress, and a greater sense of well-being.

My venture into energy medicine was almost accidental. I call it a series of coincidences…but actually it was a tremendous opportunity for growth and has allowed me to indulge my increasingly expansive curiosity in our unlimited potential. I was seeking support and answers in both the conventional and alternative health care models. Both models lacked the support that I craved. Energy Medicine was able to bridge this gap providing education and exercises to shift energy, ease symptoms and empower me to be curious about my choices.
I am a practioner and student of Eden Energy medicine (entering 3rd year of studies), trained in Bio Energy Healing and have been attuned to level two Usui Reiki. During a EEM session, I listen to the body’s cues which you may experience as physical and emotional symptoms, and I am able to shift energy using gentle hand placements on and off body techniques to restore optimal flow and balance. Each treatment is unique as to what you are needing in that moment. Treating the whole body allows it to do what it does best – relax and heal itself.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Come as you are… (comfortable that is):
Sessions are on a massage table, fully clothed – wear comfortable clothing).
Sessions average 90 min. Exception is first session and I will take the time to know you, your history and teach you some basic energy routines so it may run closer to 2 hours.
Each session is unique as each time you show up your energy will be different. We start with an energy balancer session, then do some testing to determine where the deeper patterns are showing up. From there we tailor the session to determine the priority using gentle holds and off the body techniques to balance any of the 9 energy systems described above.
